Arcora Coaching is bridging the gap in mental health support for leaders, fostering healthier teams and more resilient organizations

As a small business owner, I understand the need for accessible business coaching that focuses on mental health and helps us become better managers. Training in areas like motivating people, having difficult conversations, creating a culture of wellness, and finding balance can be hard to come by or prohibitively expensive.

Fortunately, this is changing. Managers in a Chambers Plan program can now access counselling as part of their Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided by Arcora Coaching, a national leader in workplace mental health care. While EAPs generally support all workers, Arcora Coaching specifically aims to support business owners, managers, and leaders. As Sophia Quraishi, Arcora Account Executive, emphasizes, “It doesn’t need to be lonely at the top or expensive to get the help you need.”

Being a strong manager has tangible business advantages: research shows that managers significantly impact employee well-being. Enhancing a manager’s people management skills from the 10th to the 90th percentile can reduce turnover by 60%. Arcora’s research also indicates significant improvements in leaders’ professional growth, leadership skills, resilience, and well-being following workplace coaching.

Arcora Coaching prides itself on its highly trained coaches, who are in the top 25th percentile according to International Coaching Federation standards. The intake process is simple, and clients can review all coaches before proceeding. Coaches provide guidance in accessible virtual sessions and connect clients to additional resources and skill-building tools. The service includes session minutes, task summaries, and notifications to ensure accountability.

The Arcora workplace coaching service includes three hours of manager-referred counseling annually as part of the Chambers Plan. It is also available as a standalone service, with a 12-hour yearly package priced at $200 per month, well below industry standard pricing for top-quality mental health coaching.

Client feedback has been overwhelmingly positive since the service launched in October 2024. One manager shared, “It’s an objective space—unlike talking to a friend or co-worker, the coach helps you navigate work issues without bias.” Another said, “I came away with clear, actionable steps that I’m still using to improve my leadership and communication with my team.”

We are happy to discuss this service with our clients and explore how the Chambers Plan can continue to add value to your business.
